CMHA Durham in partnership with Durham Psychotherapy, is proud to offer a series of wellness groups designed to support, uplift, and empower members of the Black community. These groups create culturally safe spaces to explore identity, emotional well‑being, connection, and community care.
Both programs include guided discussion, supportive activities, and opportunities to build meaningful connections.

📘 Group 1: Brotherhood, Masculinity & Connection
A Black Men’s Wellness Group

This group provides a culturally safe environment for Black men to explore:
- Masculinity and identity
- Emotional burdens and stress
- Relational patterns
- Building trust and community connection
