DROP IN Family Education Night: Non-violent Communication Skills

Family Education Night is open to anyone in a “supporting role” to a person with a mental illness.

Join us for Non-violent Communication Skills with David Clarke, Training Specialist at Durham Mental Health Services.

Non-Violent Communication is an approach to living developed by Marshall Rosenberg. It is based on the idea that all human beings have the capacity for compassion and only resort to violence or behavior that harms themselves and others when they do not recognize more effective strategies for meeting needs
